Wedding Package

Wedding Ceremony

30-50 minutes

Lisa arrives at the venue, at least one hour before the guests are seated, to set up her equipment in the Ceremony room or Church.

 She will play about 20 minutes of quiet background music to create a welcoming atmosphere as guests take their seats to await the arrival of the Bride.

For the Bridal Processional (bridal entrance), Lisa will play a memorable piece of music, chosen by the couple.  At an appropriate point, the music will be gradually faded as the Bride reaches the Groom and all parties prepare themselves for the marriage ceremony itself to begin.

The ceremony takes place, with any readings about love, marriage, and commitment, the reading of the wedding vows, and the exchange of the rings. At a point in the ceremony where the marriage document is signed (formerly known as the signing of the Register), Lisa will play the married couples chosen songs whilst the photographer, family, friends and guests take photos. Lisa usually advises 3 or 4 songs are chosen for this part of the Ceremony.

The registrar/vicar will then formally present the newlyweds, announcing them as a married couple.  The Processional exit of the married couple then takes place with Lisa playing a specially chosen song and continues playing until all the guests have left the room or church.

Drinks Reception

1 hour 30 mins

Lisa will set up her equipment in the bar/lounge area, or outside if the weather is wonderful and play whilst your guests enjoy drinks, canapes, photos and chatter with their family & friends until it is time for the Wedding Breakfast. This part of the Wedding Day usually lasts around 1 hour 30 minutes.

If the room allows, or Lisa is playing outdoors, she will walk around as she plays. This creates more of a visual aspect and a lovely feel, instantly becoming more interesting and interactive for your guests.

 Ceremony AND Drinks Reception

2 - 3 hours

This heavily discounted package includes both the Ceremony & Drinks Reception as described above. Lisa will arrive 1 hour 30mins before the wedding day commences,  to set up 2 pieces of equipment: one where the ceremony will take place; and the other where the Drinks Reception is to take place. This means that after the Ceremony, there will be a smooth transition and Lisa can begin playing for the Drinks Reception straight away.  An added benefit is that the guests won't see any equipment being moved around.

Wedding Breakfast (Meal)

2 hours

Lisa throughout the Wedding Breakfast, with a break for the speeches. If the room allows it, Lisa will walk around as she plays. She will never play directly to a guest as this can make some people feel uncomfortable. She will walk around whilst playing a variety of wonderful music.

Show Spot & 1st Dance

30 minutes

This package consists of a powerful and exciting theatre-style impact show spot, with a mix of classical-crossover, rock and contemporary popular music. This performance lasts for 30 minutes and will be followed by Lisa inviting the married couple to the dance floor for their first dance.

Lisa adds a personal touch when she performs your chosen song for the first dance creating that wonderful ambience that makes it truly magical.
